Batavia?s annual holiday event planned Saturday
BATAVIA ? Santa is scheduled to arrive at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Batavia Fire Station.
Movies and treats for Batavia children ages 12 and younger will start at 9 a.m.
Goodie trays will be filled and delivered to senior citizens and homebound residents in Batavia. Anyone wising to donate cookies or candy for the plates should call Tycene Weber at 919-4442 or Karen Smith at 641-799-0387.

The annual event is sponsored by the Batavia Fire Department, Batavia Legion, city of Batavia, Batavia Days Committee, Brewington and Sons Concrete Construction and many volunteers.
