Bazaar to be held
Polishville Community Center will have its annual bazaar and Bill Peck?s free birthday dance in August.
The bazaar is set Sunday, with lunch served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and the raffle drawing at about 2 p.m.
The free dance, in honor of Polishville Association secretary/treasurer Bill Peck?s 88th birthday, is scheduled for Aug. 28, with Ned Francis of Mount Sterling providing the music. Food will be sold ...

Polishville Community Center will have its annual bazaar and Bill Peck?s free birthday dance in August.
The bazaar is set Sunday, with lunch served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and the raffle drawing at about 2 p.m.
The free dance, in honor of Polishville Association secretary/treasurer Bill Peck?s 88th birthday, is scheduled for Aug. 28, with Ned Francis of Mount Sterling providing the music. Food will be sold beginning at 4:30 p.m., and dancing will be from 6-9 p.m.
Lunch and bingo, which are normally held the second Wednesday of each month, will not be held in August.
The events are open to the public.
Polishville Community Center is 10 miles northeast of Fairfield on Pleasant Plain Road, then 2.5 miles east on the graveled 136th Street.
