BELOIT, Wis. ? Jamie Eversage of Fairfield has graduated from Beloit College in Beloit, Wis., with a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and a minor in chemistry.

Eversage, a 2008 graduate from Fairfield High School, graduated from Beloit summa cum laude with psychology departmental honors. She also was selected to the Mortar Board Honor Society and inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the nation?s oldest academic honor society. Her other honors include receiving the highest award the Beloit College psychology department gives: the Walter Van Dyke Bingham Fellowship Scholarship in Psychology for graduate study and as a freshman received the chemistry department first-year student award, the Organic Chemistry Award for sophomores, and the Guy Allen Tawndy Psychology Award for sophomores.

Eversage studied abroad in New Zealand and went there twice to study and conduct research in environmental awareness. Her thesis paper was entitled, ?Living Green: Environmentalism in New Zealand and the United States.? She will continue on to graduate school to pursue a doctor of physical therapy degree.

UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN-GREEN BAY

GREEN BAY, Wis. ? Jennifer Bradfield of Fairfield was among the students honored at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay commencement ceremonies Saturday.

More than 900 UW-Green Bay students were eligible to participate in the spring commencement ceremony, which honored students who applied to graduate in May or at the end of summer session in August.

Bradfield earned a bachelor?s degree in human development.

NORTHWESTERN COLLEGE

ORANGE CITY ? Danielle Fry is among 53 students receiving honors recently at Northwestern College in Orange City.

Fry is a senior and is majoring in athletic training at Northwestern College. She is the recipient of the Outstanding Graduating Senior Award for the kinesiology department.

Fry is the daughter of Greg and Lora Fry of Fairfield.

NORTHWEST MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY

MARYVILLE, Mo. ? The Office of the Registrar at Northwest Missouri State University has announced Erin M. Elke of Farmington earned recognition on the president?s honor roll at the end of the 2012 spring trimester.

To be included on the academic honor roll, a student must carry a minimum of 12 credit hours and attain a grade point average of 3.50 or above on a 4.00 scale. Students named to the president?s honor roll, like Ekle, have attained a perfect 4.00 GPA for the trimester.
