Benefit rodeo slated Saturday
A rodeo presented by Mike Shipler and Crazy 3 Buck?n Bulls will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds.
A portion of the proceeds will be given to the local Veterans of Foreign Wars to send care packages to U.S. service men and women.

The rodeo will feature bull riding and junior bull riding, calf riding and barrel racing, as well as mutton busting, an event where children ride sheep.
Gate admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children and free for ages 5 and under.
