Biodiversity learning center hosting series of lectures
The Biodiversity Learning and Activity Center announces a series of 13 lectures running through Dec. 3 at the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center.
Scheduled activities will teach about biodiversity and the pollinators that drive it. Courses will discuss how to help reverse the dwindling honeybee numbers and native pollinators and increase biodiversity.

The lecture series covers topics such as ?Diseases and Pests of Honey Bees,? ?How to Develop Your Environment to Support Bees and Pollinators,? ?Harvesting Honey for Health and Medicine? and ?Developing Game Bird Habitats.?
