Birmingham Lions Club will host a community blood drive 2:30-6 p.m. June 30.

Donors who last gave blood on or before May 5 are eligible to give at the drive. For questions about eligibility, call the blood center at 800-747-5401.
All donors will receive a T-shirt and are entered to win a new car or gas card.

Nineteen Over 50 and Fabulous Red Hat Ladies recently had lunch at Bonaparte Retreat. ?Happy Birthday? was sung for those with birthdays in June. Donna Pratt won the door prize. Hostesses were MaryAnn Cook and Jennabelle Mulkins. The July meeting will be at The Great Cafe in Keosauqua.
