A NordicFlex Ultra Life machine, with an instruction book, has been donated to the Healthy Villages exercise room in the Birmingham Jet Stop.
The exercise room also has two treadmills, a recumbent bicycle exerciser, a weight bench with 3- to 20-pound weights, bouncing medicine balls, a 5-pound and a 10-pound kettlebell with an instruction poster and an Astroslide exerciser.

A NordicFlex Ultra Life machine, with an instruction book, has been donated to the Healthy Villages exercise room in the Birmingham Jet Stop.
The exercise room also has two treadmills, a recumbent bicycle exerciser, a weight bench with 3- to 20-pound weights, bouncing medicine balls, a 5-pound and a 10-pound kettlebell with an instruction poster and an Astroslide exerciser.
The exercise room is available during Jet Stop?s business hours. Use of the exercise room is free, but those who would like to use it need to contact Healthy Villages coordinator Melissa Daugherty at the Van Buren County Hospital, 319-293-3171.

The Birmingham Lions will have its valentine party at 7 p.m. Monday at the Birmingham Lions Building.
