The Red Hat Ladies will meet for lunch at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Birmingham Lions Building.

The Lions will serve the lunch. The hostesses will be Mary Ann Cook and Alice Stortz.

The Birmingham Lions will have their Christmas party at 7 p.m. Monday at the Birmingham United Methodist Church.

Gene Stine, Ann Boley and Stanley Knipfer will make arrangements for the entertainment.

This will be the only meeting in December.

The Presbyterian Ladies will meet for a potluck dinner at 6 p.m. Dec. 14.

Roll call response will be a Bible verse about ?joy.?

Janet Meek will be hostess. She also will have devotions and the program. Mystery sisters will be revealed.

The Birmingham United Methodist Church board will meet at 7 p.m. Dec. 14 at the church.

A Christmas program is planned at 9:45 a.m. Dec. 18 at the Birmingham United Methodist Church.

Readings, carols and special music are planned.

The recent blood drive collected 17 units. The next blood drive will be Feb. 2.
