The Rebekah Circle of the Birmingham United Methodist Church will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Pat Shaw will be the hostess.

The Birmingham Lions Club is planning a tenderloin supper for March 17.

The recent fish and chicken fry fundraising supper hosted by the Birmingham Homecoming Committee was well attended ? they ran out of everything except desserts.

STOCKPORT

A fish fry sponsored by the Stockport American Legion will begin at 5:30 p.m. Friday at the Stockport American Legion Hall. Everyone is invited to attend.

The young women?s Bible study group meets from 5:30-7 p.m. Tuesdays and the women?s Bible study group meets from 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the Stockport Christian Church.

The B.A.T.T.L.E. youth group meets at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesdays at the Stockport United Methodist Church. Everyone is invited to attend.

The Stockport Library will be having a Dr. Seuss day Monday.There will be stories, and fun things to do. Let Beverly Runyan know if you plan to attend so she can have plenty of items for everyone.

Dr. Seuss?s birthday is on March 2.
