Beverly Runyon is working on a special project and asking for photos of people who have, currently are, or who are going to serve in the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, National Guard, Navy or the Reserves.
This includes members of the military who died in World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, Afghanistan, Iraq, or any other conflict that the United States was involved in. It also includes those who served in peace time. She would like a picture of them in uniform, if possible.
Photos brought to the Stockport libary, can be copied and returned the same day. Photos can be mailed to Runyon at City Hall, PO Box 15, Stockport 52651. Photos will be returned if an address is sent with it. Oct. 15 will be the last day Runyon will ask for pictures for this year?s project.
