STOCKPORT
Books donated recently to the Stockport Library are: ?Are You My Mother?? by P.D. Eastman, ?Go Dog Go!? by P.D. Eastman and ?Put Me In the Zoo? by Robert Lopshire.
Book Buddies recently donated were: Frog, Brown Puppy and Hugs Bear, all given by Jake and Jenna Reid of Stockport. A Book Buddy is a stuffed animal children can check out from the library to take home and read their books with. More than 100 Book Buddies have been checked out this year to the area children.

The youth ministries of Be All That The Lord Expects, known as B.A.T.T.L.E., will be held from 5:30-7 p.m. every Wednesday beginning Sept. 11 at Stockport United Methodist Church. All preschool through eighth-grade children in the community are invited to attend for stories, music and activities.
