The Birmingham Library is asking everyone who has any overdue books, DVDs or videos to return the items so others can enjoy them. The items can be left in the outside drop box, no questions asked.

STOCKPORT
An Olde-Tyme Country Music Jam will be 1:30-4 p.m. Sunday in the Stockport Heritage Estates? community room.
Anyone wishing to play acoustical music can bring their instruments and join in on the fun.
A freewill donation will be taken up to help defray costs.

The Stockport Public Library has added a complete set of encyclopedias to its fundraising book sale. A lot of VHS movies also are being sold. The library is open from 3-6 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, and 9 a.m. to noon on Thursdays.
