The July committee is Larry Smith and Peter Sweedy.
New officers recently were installed by Don Aldrich: Hugh Shaw, president; Morrie Shaw, first vice president; Stanley Knipfer, second vice president; Ann Boley, secretary; Carroll Unkrich, treasurer; Larry Smith, tail twister; and Kriss Anderson, lion tamer. The directors are Gene Stine, Ernie Hinkle, Peter Sweedy and Don Brown.

STOCKPORT
The Stockport Post Office, bank, city hall and library will be closed Wednesday for the July Fourth holiday. They will resume normal hours Thursday.
Because of the holiday, garbage pick-up in Stockport will be Friday.

The summer reading program at the library will begin July 11. Readers will meet at 3:30 p.m. Wednesdays for stories, crafts, games and snacks.
