Blakley, Godwin engaged; wedding set Sept. 29

Mike and Karen Blakley and Ben and Lynn Godwin, all of Libertyville, announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their children, Samantha Blakley and Eric Godwin.

The bride-elect graduated from Fairfield High School in 2008. She graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor of science degree in agricultural education in 2011. She will be teaching agriculture and biology at Villisca Community College in Villisca.

The groom-elect graduated from FHS in 2009. He completed the agricultural GPS/GIS technology program at Kirkwood Community College in 2011. He is now a student at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Mo., where he will graduate in December with a bachelor of technology degree in agriculture. He is employed by Prime Meridian Precision Agricultural Data Management of Nevada, Mo., and T-Bar Farms of Maitland, Mo.

The couple plan an outdoor wedding Sept. 29 in Fairfield. They make their home in Maryville, Mo.
