Blood drives planned

Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center has scheduled several blood drives.

The Birmingham Lions Club will host a blood drive from 2:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Lions building. Donors who last gave blood on or before March 29 are eligible to give again. Donors can walk in or make an appointment by calling Harry Anderson at 319-498-4201.

A blood drive is set from 4-7 p.m. May 30 at the Keosauqua Senior Center. Donors who last gave blood on or before April 4 are eligible again. Walk-in donors are welcome, but those who would like an appointment can call 800-452-1097.
