Blood drives scheduled
The Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center has scheduled two blood drives in Van Buren County.
The first will be from 3-7 p.m. Nov. 30 at the Keosauqua Senior Citizen Center in Keosauqua.
Donors who last gave blood on or before Oct. 5 are eligible to participate.

Those who last gave blood on or before Oct. 6 can give again.

Donors must be at least 16 years old, be in good health and weigh at least 110 pounds.
A blood donor card or other photo identification is required to donate; 16-year-old donors must present a signed parental consent form, available from blood center offices.
Controlled high blood pressure and diabetics are acceptable.
