KEOSAUQUA - Van Buren High School will host a community blood drive from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 27 in the school gym.
Donors who last gave blood on or before Jan. 2 are eligible to give at this drive
For appointments to donate, contact a member of Student Council or visit www.bloodcenterimpact.org and use code 5286 to locate the drive.
Potential donors must be at least 17 years of age, although a 16-year-old with parental permission can donate; a permission form is available through www.bloodcenter.org. Donors must weigh more than 110 pounds. A photo I.D. is required. Individuals with diabetes or controlled high blood pressure can be accepted as eligible donors.
