Board of Health to meet Thursday

The Washington County Board of Health will meet at noon on Thursday, Feb. 13, in the fifth-floor conference room at Federation Bank in Washington.

The board will accept the resignation of Dr. Lloyd Holm, chair. Also on the agenda are Public Health reports: financial report, by Peggy Wood; building update by Steve Olson and Danielle Pettit-Majewski; emergency preparedness contract amendment of $3,294; Public Health Advisory Council; day care immunization audit results; communicable disease case counts for 2013; TFC credentialing update / peer review will require a Board of Health quorum, and time and date will be determined; local public health services grant; and oral health promotion plan, $1,500. Environment health reports have been tabled until March.
