PENN WORKERS 4-H CLUB
Penn Workers 4-H?ers are very busy. They had a good turn out with leaders Kim Lacey and Penny Morgan getting ready for trunk or treat. Members who helped decorate the trailer that Everett Lacey took to the fairgrounds had a lot of fun. They were Kelly Lacey, Jade Knapp, Sophie Stratton and Jacob Morgan. The Penn Workers handed out two bushels of apples to lots of little trick-or-treaters Oct. 28.
Nov. 2, on a no-school day, the club all went to see the many clocks that John McLain had made by hand carving since he was 14 years old. Since 1954, he has carved more than 55 clocks, each one representing a part of his life. From the clock shop at Coal Port, the club went to Pizza Hut for pizza and pop. It was a good day for the club learning new things.
?Kelly Lacey, Penn Workers 4-H Club president
