Bootcamp 2 starts Thursday

International Fitness Association certified instructors Angie Pohren and Gretchen McLain will be leading Bootcamp 2 beginning Thursday at the Roosevelt Community Recreation Center.

This personal training workshop is designed for no more than 12 men and women ages 15 and older who will have an opportunity to achieve what they have not achieved before through daily personal accountability, weekly group accountability and a challenging combination of cardiovascular and weight training exercises monitored by personal trainers.

The class will meet from 6-7:30 p.m. for eight Thursdays beginning next week.
