The group is attempting to change sex offender sentencing laws in Iowa after Kathlynn Shepard was kidnapped and murdered by a convicted sex offender.
The organization is staging a large group photo to show support for the Shepard family and the efforts of Kathlynn?s Hope. The picture will be taken at 8:20 p.m. Friday on the south lawn of the Jefferson County Courthouse.
