Boy Scouts help with Flag Day ceremony
Boy Scout Troop 74 assists Fairfield Elks with the Flag Day ceremony June 23 in Central Park. The annual event always takes place after the fair parade, and educates attendees about the history of the flags flown in the United States from colonial times to today.
