Brighton Church changes schedule

The Brighton United Church will not be hosting its annual Pork Chop Supper on Oct. 6, as announced in the Brighton City Newsletter.

Instead, the church is hosting a 40-day Fall Campaign this year, from Oct. 7 to Nov. 18, with special meetings as follows:

Oct. 7 --Movie Night, 6 p.m.; Oct. 14 – Missions Fair, 10:15 a.m.; Oct. 21 – Gospel Jam, 2 p.m.; Oct. 28 – Movie Night, 6 p.m.; Nov. 4 – Contemporary Praise Service, 2 p.m.; Nov. 11 – Movie Night, 6 p.m.; Nov. 18 – Celebration Sunday, 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. Potluck Brunch.

Please attend all the campaign meetings, especially the Nov. 18 Celebration Sunday with your favorite brunch dish to share. The new name of the church will be dedicated, and the renewed vision for local and world missions will be announced!
