Thomas and Brianna Winters of East Pleasant Plain are proud to announce the birth of their son.
Bobbygene Silace Winters was born at 5:33 a.m., May 24, 2016, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City. He weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces, and was 21 inches in length.
Bobbygene was welcomed home by sister Nikida, 7 years old, and brothers Hunter, 2 years old, Tim, 20, Tyler, 15, and Mathew, 14.

Grandparents are Tony and Debra Winters of East Pleasant Plain, Gary Sholtz of Brighton and Janice Onatra of Cedar Rapids.
J.D. and Becky Hollingsworth of Packwood observed their first wedding anniversary on June 20. In honor of the occasion, a family dinner was held on June 19 at the home of his grandmother, Winifred Fritz of Brighton. Also present were his mother, Mary and Joel Boatright with Bridget Hollingsworth of Fairfield.
The Krony Krew Club met June 22 at the home of Kathryn Dickinson. Bridge was played at one table. Their next meeting will be held on July 13 at the home of Phyllis Scheeler.
Chapter AQ, P.E.O., met June 21 at the home of Rosemary Pacha. Ruth Ann Stacy was her co-hostess. Sixteen members were present. President Joyce Wilson presided over the meeting. Rosemary gave the program on soybeans.
The club will be on vacation until September.
