The Krony Krew Club met April 12 at the home of Rose Jaynes. Bridge was played at one table. Their next meeting will be held April 26 at the home of Dorothy Miller.

The Mary Circle of the Brighton United Church met April 11 at the home of Mary Lu Paul. Five members were present. The lesson was on Hannah, from 1 Samuel. Their next meeting will be held on May 9.

Winifred Fritz with daughter Rita of Bates City, Missouri, went to Cantril on April 7. They enjoyed the evening meal in Keosauqua at the home of Winifred?s daughter Lucy and Matt Dietzman, Branden and Malcolm. Winifred and Rita enjoyed the noon meal on April 9 at the home of Winifred?s son Tony and Lynn Fritz. Providing the meal that evening at Winifred?s home were her daughter Mary and Joel Boatright of Fairfield, and Mary?s son J.D. and Becky Hollingsworth of Packwood. Rita returned home to Missouri that evening.
