Joel and Mary Boatright of Fairfield enjoyed the evening meal of April 9 at the home of her mother, Winifred Fritz. They had tilled her garden that afternoon. Dining with Winifred the evening of April 10 were her children, Mary and Joel Boatright with Bridget Hollingsworth of Fairfield, Jane and Virgil Symmonds of Fairfield, and Tony and Lynn Fritz of Brighton.
An Altar Rosary meeting was held on April 12 at St. Joseph Church in East Pleasant Plain. They discussed the Mother?s Day breakfast.
The Krony Krew Club met April 13 at the home of Phyllis Scheeler. Rose Jaynes was a guest. Bridge was played at two tables. Their next meeting will be held April 27 at the home of Sarah Robinson.
Brighton?s citywide garage sales will be held May 6-7. Maps will be available at Brighton City Hall and Brighton?s BP station.
Spring cleanup will be held May 10.
