Joining Winifred Fritz for the evening meal of March 13 were her children, Mary Boatright with Bridget Hollingsworth of Fairfield, Jane and Virgil Symmonds of Fairfield, and Tony and Lynn Fritz of Brighton. They were joined by Winifred?s daughter Rita Berry of Bates City, Missouri. Rita had come to surprise her mother and planned a weeklong visit.
Chapter AQ, P.E.O., met on March 15 at the home of Arlene Fritz. Marcella Loeffler was her co-hostess. The meeting opened with the reading of Genesis 1:29, the Lord?s Prayer, and the Pledge of Allegiance. Fourteen members answered roll call. An interesting program was presented by Susan Duwa. It was a report on Whitetail Country Estates, which hosts all kinds of events and hunting. The bylaws and standing rules were read. Refreshments were served by the hostesses. Their next meeting will be April 5 at the home of Phyllis Scheeler. Ginny Brinton will be her co-hostess.
