Pat Remington of Brighton met her sister Kathy and friend Wayne of Chariton on Nov. 8 in Ottumwa. They dined at Pizza Ranch. They met in Ottumwa again on Nov. 12 to do some shopping.

On Nov. 16, Tony and Angie Garmoe of Mt. Pleasant met her mother, Pat Remington, in Fairfield. They dined at Riverside III to celebrate Pat's birthday. Pat also celebrated her birthday with friends on Nov. 13 at Riverside III in Fairfield.

Rita Berry of Missouri returned home Nov. 13 after visiting her mother, Winifred Fritz, of Brighton for a week. Lucy Dietzman of Keosauqua stayed with her mother Winifred from Nov. 13-15.

The evening meal of Nov. 15 at Winifred's was provided by her daughters Jane (and Virgil Symmonds) and Mary (and Joel Boatright) with Bridget Hollingsworth, all of Fairfield.
