The Krony Krew Club met July 27 at the home of Ginny Brinton. Bridge was played at one table. Their next meeting will be held on Aug. 10 at the home of Sarah Robison.
Ginny Brinton visited her brother, Fritz and Nancy Gowey, in Milan, Illinois. She left on July 22 and returned home on July 26. They celebrated Ginny?s birthday, and her nephew Jeff?s birthday.

Ginny Brinton visited her brother, Fritz and Nancy Gowey, in Milan, Illinois. She left on July 22 and returned home on July 26. They celebrated Ginny?s birthday, and her nephew Jeff?s birthday.
Winifred Fritz attended the funeral of her sister-in-law, Joann Fritz. It was held July 23 at Mother Cabrini and St. Joseph Church. After the funeral, Winifred was visited by her children, Greg and Deb Fritz of Fairfield with their two grandsons of Kansas City, Lucy Dietzman of Keosauqua, Tony and Lynn Fritz of Brighton, and Mary Boatright of Fairfield.
On July 24, Winifred accompanied her son Tony and Lynn to Croton. They attended the 45th wedding anniversary open house for Winifred?s sister Kathleen and Francis Spiesz. It was held at the Croton schoolhouse. That evening, Tony and Lynn provided the meal. They were joined by Winifred?s son Joe with Sophia.
Mary and Joel Boatright provided the evening meal at Winifred?s home on July 25. They were joined by Mary?s daughter, Bridget Hollingsworth of Fairfield, with friend Tricia of Chicago. Tricia and Bridget planned to ride RAGBRAI July 28-29.
Kathy Babberl of Chariton, with friend Wayne of Williamson, met her sister Pat, of Brighton, in Ottumwa on July 23.
