Christmas Eve found 44 relatives gathered at the home of Winifred Fritz. All of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were present except Sarah and Craig Sides and sons of Kansas. The highlights of the evening were the meal, a gift exchange, and the two 2-month-old babies.

Christmas Eve found 44 relatives gathered at the home of Winifred Fritz. All of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were present except Sarah and Craig Sides and sons of Kansas. The highlights of the evening were the meal, a gift exchange, and the two 2-month-old babies.
Winifred and the Berry family enjoyed Christmas Day at her home. They were joined that night by Winifred?s son Tony of Brighton with friend Lynn with her daughter and boyfriend.
Tim and Rita Berry with Isaac and Megan left Dec. 26 for Galt, Mo., to spend time with Tim?s parents.
Lucy Dietzman of Keosauqua visited her mother, Winifred Fritz, the afternoon and evening of Dec. 28. They were joined by Winifred?s daughter Mary and Joel Boatright with Bridget Hollingsworth of Fairfield.
The Murray Schooley family of Kingman, Ill., was visited Dec. 18-29 by his mother, Shirley Schooley of Brighton, and his brother, Monte Schooley of Iowa City.
John Leopold of Chicago, Ill., visited his cousin, Caryl Smith, Dec. 24-29. They were joined on Dec. 25 by 17 friends and relatives for Christmas dinner. Guests arrived from Burlington, Fairfield, Iowa City, Brighton and Keosauqua.
