The Krony Krew Club met Sept. 9 at the home of Liz Gegner. Guests were Carolyn Christner of Wayland and Elaine Watson of Richland. Bridge was played at two tables. Winners were Sarah Robison, Kathryn Dickinson and Carolyn Christner. Their next meeting will be held on Sept. 23 at the home of Sarah Robison.

Winifred Fritz enjoyed the company of her daughter, Mary and Joel Boatright of Fairfield, and grandson J.D. and Becky Hollingsworth of rural Packwood for the evening meal of Sept. 6.
Shirley Schooley of Brighton, with her brother Phil and Sandra Speidel of Mount Pleasant, attended a funeral for their cousin, Maxine Speidel. It was held in Springfield, Missouri, on Sept. 9. En route to Springfield, they visited and ate lunch with Shirley?s son Mike and Cindi Schooley in Columbia, Missouri.
