On Nov. 15, J.D. Hollingsworth of Packwood visited his grandmother, Winifred Fritz. They were joined by her children, Mary and Joel Boatright with Bridget Hollingsworth, and Jane and Virgil Symmonds, all of Fairfield. J.D.?s wife, Becky, who was returned from visiting her grandmother in Wisconsin, arrived later.
Caryl Smith and son Nelson attended the wedding of her great-niece. It was held Nov. 14 in Minnesota.

On Nov. 15, J.D. Hollingsworth of Packwood visited his grandmother, Winifred Fritz. They were joined by her children, Mary and Joel Boatright with Bridget Hollingsworth, and Jane and Virgil Symmonds, all of Fairfield. J.D.?s wife, Becky, who was returned from visiting her grandmother in Wisconsin, arrived later.
Caryl Smith and son Nelson attended the wedding of her great-niece. It was held Nov. 14 in Minnesota.
On Nov. 7, Caryl Smith and friend traveled to Baraboo, Wisconsin, for the Aldo Leopold Board meetings. Aldo was her uncle and a published author. They went sightseeing and saw thousands of cranes in a migrating area. Caryl also got to visit with her double cousin, Estella Leopold, Aldo?s daughter, of Seattle, Washington. They returned home Nov. 8.
Brighton Chapter AQ, P.E.O., met at 7 p.m., Nov. 17 at the home of Jan Eddy. Ruth Ann Stacy served as co-hostess. Following the business meeting, Ruth Ann gave an interesting program on the founders. P.E.O. was founded in Mount Pleasant in January 1889 at what is now Iowa Wesleyan College. Following the program, 15 members enjoyed refreshments and conversation.
Gerald and Rosemary Pacha with three of his brothers and sisters and their spouses went to Branson, Missouri, with the H.U.G.S. Tours, Nov. 12-16. They all enjoyed the shows and tours, as well as the wonderful fall weather.
