Pat Remington visited her son Travis in Ainsworth on Feb. 10. They spent the time together in Iowa City on Feb. 11.
On Feb. 9, J.D. Hollingsworth of Packwood and Bridget Hollingsworth of Fairfield visited their grandmother, Winifred Fritz, in Brighton. Providing the evening meal were their mother, Mary Stecker with friend Joel, of Fairfield, and Winifred?s daughter Jane and Virgil Symmonds of Fairfield.
Winifred Fritz received a phone call from a resident of Texarkana, Texas, on Jan. 7. The caller was a cousin of Winifred?s late husband, Bob Fritz.
The Krony Krew Bridge Club met on Feb. 12 at the home of Kathryn Dickinson. Their next meeting will be held on Feb. 26 at the home of Liz Gegner.
Approximately 40 people attended the setting of the gate at Lake Darling and 100 attended the program in Brighton.
