Ginny Brinton spent the weekend of Aug. 21 in Milan, Illinois. She was visiting her brother, Fritz and Nancy Gowey.

Joe Fritz celebrated his birthday on Aug. 19. A special meal was held in the evening at his home, hosted by his wife, Lori, with Sophia. Other guests were his mother, Winifred Fritz, and his brother, Tony and Lynn Fritz.

Mary and Joel Boatright with Bridget Hollingsworth of Fairfield, and J.D. and Becky Hollingsworth of rural Packwood spent the evening of Aug. 23 at the home of her mother, Winifred Fritz. They enjoyed playing cards.

Connie Fritz visited Winifred Fritz on Aug. 26.

The Krony Krew Bridge Club met on Aug. 26 at the home of Phyllis Scheeler. Winners were Kathryn Dickinson, Shirley Schooley, and Ginny Brinton. Their next meeting will be held on Sept. 9 at the home of Liz Gegner.
