Lucy Dietzman of Keosauqua and Mary Boatright of Fairfield visited their mother, Winifred Fritz of Brighton, on Sept. 15.
Fritz attended the funeral of Betty (Adam) Ledger on Sept. 16. It was held at St. Joseph Church in East Pleasant Plain.
Bob and Carrol Shelangoski of Brighton and their daughter, Roberta and Ryan Sieren with Wyatt of Keota, traveled to Silvis, Illinois, on Sept. 12. They visited Carrol's sister Alice Garcia, returning home Sept. 13.
Enjoying the evening meal Sept. 13 at the home of Winifred Fritz in Brighton were her children: Jane and Virgil Symmonds, Mary and Joel Boatright, all of Fairfield, and Tony and Lynn Fritz of Brighton.
Also present were Mary's children J.D. Hollingsworth of Packwood and Bridget Hollingsworth of Fairfield.
Larry Northey and his wife, Pam, of Fort Collins, Colorado, were dinner guests of Gerald and Rosemary Pacha's Tuesday, Sept. 15. Gerald and Larry served in the army together. They had a wonderful time visiting.
