Chapter AQ, P.E.O., met on Nov. 4 at the home of Kathryn Pacha. Rosemary Pacha was her co-host. Thirteen members were present. Nancy Anderson gave the program on her trip to Washington, D.C. The club?s next meeting will be held on Nov. 18 at the McCreedy Home in Washington. Ruth Stacy will be the hostess.
The Krony Krew Bridge Club met on Nov. 5 at the home of Shirley Schooley. Bridge was played at two tables. ...

The club?s next meeting will be held on Nov. 18 at the McCreedy Home in Washington. Ruth Stacy will be the hostess.
The Krony Krew Bridge Club met on Nov. 5 at the home of Shirley Schooley. Bridge was played at two tables. Prizes were awarded to Kathryn Dickinson, Ginny Brinton and Liz Gegner. Their next meeting will be held on Nov. 19 at the home of Sarah Robison.
Mary Boatright with Bridget Hollingsworth, and Greg and Deb Fritz, all of Fairfield, and Tony Fritz of Brighton with friend Lynn of North Liberty visited their mother, Winifred Fritz, on Nov. 2.
On Nov. 4, Winifred Fritz of Brighton with son-in-law Virgil Symmonds of Fairfield traveled to Ames. They went to the hospital to visit the Symmonds? daughter Rachael and newborn son Oliver.
Three-year-old Coraline Germany is proud to announce the birth of her brother, Oliver.
Their parents are Nathan and Rachael Germany of Nevada, Iowa.
Oliver was born at Mary Greeley Hospital in Ames, at 5:34 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 2, 2014. He weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces, and measured 19 inches in length.
Grandparents are Virgil and Jane Symmonds of Fairfield, and Ron and Pat Germany of Oklahoma. Winifred Fritz is a great-grandmother.
