Shelby Emry returned home July 16. She had spent a week traveling with her son Tony, of Knoxville, in his motor home. They went to Omaha, enjoyed Lake Okoboji, camped at Emerson Bay, and traveled to the eastern part of the state. On July 15 they went to Marshalltown. They attended the stock car races to watch Tony?s son Austin in the IMCA Modified Class.

Shelby Emry returned home July 16. She had spent a week traveling with her son Tony, of Knoxville, in his motor home. They went to Omaha, enjoyed Lake Okoboji, camped at Emerson Bay, and traveled to the eastern part of the state. On July 15 they went to Marshalltown. They attended the stock car races to watch Tony?s son Austin in the IMCA Modified Class.
Ruth Schadt spent three weeks visiting her daughter Tedra in Las Vegas. They did some traveling, going through Arizona and Texas, before she returned to Brighton. Tedra arrived in Brighton on July 12. She will return to Las Vegas the middle of August.
Grant Schooley of Columbia, Missouri, spent July 17-18 with his grandmother, Shirley Schooley. Grant will be leaving soon for Galway, Ireland. He plans to earn his master?s degree while there.
On July 15, Rita Berry of Bates City, Missouri, took four of her nieces and nephews to Ottumwa. Julia and Sophia Fritz of Brighton, and Malcolm and Brendan Dietzman of Keosauqua enjoyed the afternoon dining and taking in a movie. Rita and the boys returned to Winifred Fritz?s home to stay overnight. They were joined for a pizza party by Winifred?s granddaughter Bridget Hollingsworth of Fairfield. They all enjoyed Winifred?s homemade pizza. They were joined later by Winifred?s son Tony and Lynn Fritz of Brighton. Lucy Dietzman came after the boys on July 16. Rita returned home on July 17. Winifred was visited that afternoon by her daughter, Mary and Joel Boatright of Fairfield.
