Brighton to host movie in city park

The Brighton Chamber of Commerce and the Brighton Community Church are sponsoring a second free family-friendly movie in the Brighton City Park Friday, Sept. 3 at 7:30 p.m.
"Overcomer," a faith-based sports drama focusing on forgiveness, will be projected on the bandshell wall. The park’s Snack Shop will be open to raise funds for park improvements for children.
The public is invited. Residents are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.
