Brock to participate in state geographic bee next week

Will Gilchrist-Brock, a fifth-grade student at Lincoln Elementary in Washington, son of Mary Gilchrist and Larry Brock, has qualified to participate in the Iowa National Geographic State Bee.
The Iowa National Geographic State Bee will be held on Friday, March 31.
Students who qualified participated in their geography bees held at schools across the United States for fourth-to eighth-graders. National Geographic invited the top 100 scoring students in each state to participate in their state?s National Geographic Bee.
