Burlington man charged with burglary, theft
A Burlington man has been charged with two felonies as a result of a month-long investigation by the Henry County Sheriff's Office.
Casey Leedham, 36, Burlington, was recently arrested and charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, Class D felonies, and second-degree theft, also a Class D felony.

A Burlington man has been charged with two felonies as a result of a month-long investigation by the Henry County Sheriff?s Office.
Casey Leedham, 36, Burlington, was recently arrested and charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, Class D felonies, and second-degree theft, also a Class D felony.
The sheriff?s office began its investigation Sept. 3 of an incident in the 1900 grid of 140th Street and a residential burglary in the 1000 grid of James Avenue.
It was learned during the investigation that Leedham entered a barn in the 1900 grid of 140th Street and took a truck. He then drove to a residence in the 1000 grid of James Avenue and burglarized a residence, according to the sheriff?s office.
The Washington County Sheriff?s Office assisted the Henry County Sheriff?s Office with the investigation.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
