CANCER EXTERMINATORS RELAY FOR LIFE TEAM
The Cancer Exterminators Relay for Life Team, sponsored by Fairfield Pest Control, will be at the 1st Fridays Art Walk selling brooms, dust pans, feather dusters, mop heads, scrub brushes, squeegees and other odds and ends donated by Harper Brush Works.
The team will be pre-selling 2012 Jefferson County Survivor Calendars for $15, with 100 percent of all proceeds to be donated to the 2012 Jefferson County Relay for Life.
Anyone unable to attend the October art walk who would like to purchase a calendar, can send a check made out to American Cancer Society for $15 per calendar to Dawn Bechtel, PO Box 1072 Fairfield 52556.
The calendars are tax deductible.

CEMETERY TOUR
A group is gathering at 9 a.m. Wednesday, with Everett Smithburg, at the Carnegie Historical Museum for a tour of several cemeteries near Lockridge.
Plans are for a video to be made of Smithburg?s commentary.
Everyone is welcome. The group will likely stop for lunch in Lockridge.
