Robert and Phyllis Hartzler will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary on Nov. 23. Bob and Phyllis (Freyenberger) were married on November 23, 1956, at Sugar Creek Mennonite Church in Wayland.
They are the parents of five children, Jill Hartzler of Washington, Tina Ulrich (John) of Traverse City, Michigan, Faith Vaugh of Cedar Rapids, Reed Hartzler of Wayland, and Drew Hartzler (Teri) of Washington. They have eight grandchildren.
A family celebration is planned.
