Card shower planned for Clements
Jennifer Clements, a senior at Fairfield High School, will be undergoing open-heart surgery Tuesday for an ASD.
Clements will be at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City for about a week, then home for a six-week recovery.
