Mrs. Williams was born July 22, 1924, in Fairfield. She was married to the late Lloyd ?Bud? Williams. She retired from Jefferson County Conservation District.

Mrs. Williams was born July 22, 1924, in Fairfield. She was married to the late Lloyd ?Bud? Williams. She retired from Jefferson County Conservation District.
Her children are Melvin D. Williams of Mexico, Missouri, Martha Foster of Pleasant Hill and Mary Bass of Ottumwa.
Mrs. Williams also has eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one deceased grandchild.
