Cardinal reschedules soup supper for Saturday evening
ELDON ? After being rescheduled a couple of times due to bad weather, the fundraising soup supper and silent auction is now set for 5-7 p.m. Saturday in the Cardinal High School cafeteria during the PTO Carnival.
Proceeds from the supper and auction will help fund eighth-graders? trips to Washington, D.C.

ELDON ? After being rescheduled a couple of times due to bad weather, the fundraising soup supper and silent auction is now set for 5-7 p.m. Saturday in the Cardinal High School cafeteria during the PTO Carnival.
Proceeds from the supper and auction will help fund eighth-graders? trips to Washington, D.C.
Each student begins fundraising in the sixth grade for the trip taken in the summer of his or her eighth-grade year. This year?s eighth-grade students will depart May 28. The cost is roughly $1,200 per student.
Everyone is welcome to attend the soup supper and silent auction.
The menu includes chili or vegetable beef soup, salad, dessert and a drink for $6.
Various items will be offered in the silent auction.
