Cardinal High School student Emilee Beattie?s ?Landscape? artwork earned an honorable mention in the 2nd District division of the 2012 Congressional Art Competition.
Chelsea Page from Montrose, a sophomore at Central Lee High School, was named the 2nd District winner. Her watercolor, ?The Yellow House,? will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year.
