Caregiver conference set Saturday

OTTUMWA - Family and friends who provide care for relatives or others are invited to the free Family Caregiver Conference 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Great Prairie Area Education Agency in Ottumwa, IA.

Attendees can visit with exhibitors, hear speakers and gather information and learn about products, services and programs from local service providers and agencies. Light refreshments and prizes will be available.

Keynote speakers include: Joe Sample, speaking on 'Sex and Dementia: Navigating and Preparing for Change” at 9:15 a.m.; and Jolene Philo with '8 Ways to Organize Caregiving Paperwork” at 10:30 a.m.
