Carlsons celebrating 50th wedding anniversary

Eldean Carlson and Carol Lintvedt Carlson are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary Friday, Oct. 4.

The couple was married Oct. 4, 1969, at Canton Lutheran Church in Canton, South Dakota.

He is a retired food technologist and a retired engineering tech, with the Jefferson County Road Department.

She is a retired medical technologist, who also ran a furniture upholstery business for 35 years.

The Carlsons have one daughter, Kristin Lucas, and twin granddaughters, all of Washington.

They plan to celebrate their anniversary with family and friends.
