Caroline Kilbourn turns 85
Caroline Herr Kilbourn of Mt. Pleasant (900 N. Lincoln) turns 85 today, June 8. She lived in Fairfield from 1972-1988 where she taught private guitar, piano and voice lessons, hosted a daily show, ‘Coffee with Caroline' at KMCD Radio, wrote a regular Town Crier column and later taught at the junior high and high schools. She was active at St. Mary's in Fairfield and (until quarantine) St. Alphonsus in Mt. Pleasant.
She is ‘distance celebrating' with her children David Herr (Lori) of Springfield, MO; Monica Hadley of Fairfield; Bryan Herr (DeLinda) of Houston, TX; Anne Zickefoose (Rick) of Brighton; and Joel Herr (Deanne) of Indianola, IA.
