Catholic Daughters Court McDermott No. 504 met on April 8 in the youth room at St. James, with 18 members and one guest, Rocky Roberts, present. Regent Janice Carr conducted the business meeting.
The treasurer's report was given by Pat Fritz.
May Basket Committee, Priscilla Reighard and Pat Fritz, collected candy and treats to put into baskets to be distributed May 1.

Catholic Daughters Court McDermott No. 504 met on April 8 in the youth room at St. James, with 18 members and one guest, Rocky Roberts, present. Regent Janice Carr conducted the business meeting.
The treasurer's report was given by Pat Fritz.
May Basket Committee, Priscilla Reighard and Pat Fritz, collected candy and treats to put into baskets to be distributed May 1.
Members were reminded that Life Saver Sunday will be scheduled by the Rev. Weir. This project goes to Women of Abuse and 60 percent of the proceeds stay in Washington County.
Last month's bingo reported that bingo went well and they had good attendance.
Members Janice Carr, Marcella Reed, and Ginny Schuerman will represent the Court at the State Convention in Des Moines on May 14-16.
The biannual audit was conducted by Mary Altenhofen , Phyllis Hofer, and Loretta Mellinger. All was in order and the report will go to National Office.
Janice Vittetoe and Marge Schrock will head up the Senior Reception in May.
Lists for donations and food will be finalized in May. The rest of the evening was spent visiting and enjoying refreshments from the committee of Theresa Hora, Chris Peiffer, Jolynn Hora and Loretta Mellinger. They will also be in charge of Bingo for the month.
Next month's committee members are Priscilla Reighard, Sadie Gevock and Betty Flynn. Meeting on May 13 will begin at 6 p.m. with a potluck and mothers and daughters are welcome as guests.
